Total openings: 2,500,000. Tier 1 (23 kinds): 1 copy each. Tier 2: 50,000 cards, Tier 3: 200,000 cards; all others are Tier 4.

Once finalized, opening results cannot be canceled or changed and spent points are non-refundable.

Cards, points, and Miles have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Returns after delivery of a physical obtained card are handled under the Terms of Service (for U.S. customers, Section 4.2 of the U.S. Supplement — contact us within 7 days of delivery)

Obtained cards are held for 14 days from the date the opening result is finalized. If no shipping request is made within this period, they are automatically converted to points (Miles for U.S. customers in Mile Conversion States) at the prescribed rate

Physical shipping requires a separate fee, which depends on the number of cards and your destination and is always shown before you confirm. Cross-border imports may involve customs duties and local requirements (e.g., EZ WAY real-name verification for Taiwan). For U.S. shipments, duties and import fees are prepaid (DDP) — nothing is due on delivery (see FAQ / shipping request page)
