GachaJP is an online gacha (lottery-style) shop for Japanese trading cards. Winning cards ship directly from Japan to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

You can pay by credit card or WeChat Pay. 1 pt = 1 Japanese yen (JPY).

From My Page, choose "Request Shipping" and enter your delivery address, or convert your cards into points.

Yes. Within 14 days of the draw, please choose "Request Shipping" or "Convert to Points." After the deadline, cards are automatically converted to points.

Shipping fees are based on the number of cards: 2,500 pt for 1-10 cards, plus 1,000 pt for every 15 cards beyond 10 (same rate for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau; shipped via EMS). You can check the exact amount on the shipping request screen in My Page. You can ship multiple cards together in a single request.

Returns and cancellations are not accepted once draw results are final. If an item has a significant defect, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery (photos may be attached).

Since orders ship internationally, customs duties and clearance fees may apply in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. Points are valid for 6 months from your most recent purchase. Unused points expire after that. You can check your expiration date on My Page.
